Kunzite, Iolite, Lepidolite Beads

Such an intriguing gemstone ... Iolite or water-sapphire shows off another color depending the angle you look at it (called pleochroism). This gemstone with a light to dark blue color and a violet tinge ... is bluer than amethyst, softer than sapphire and harder than Kyanite, the latter lacking the purple tinge. By the way, it is not a quartz, either.

Iolite is linked to the third eye chakra and is a calming, balancing gemstone.

Lepidolite has a vitreous sheen and is translucent to opaque. This lithium mineral has, like Iolite, a pleochroism, but in this case it is either colourless or pink to pale purple.

Lepidolite is supposed to help in decision-making.
