- add two times 1x Delica A in ladder stitch = pick up 1x Delica A, go up through the last bead, go down through the bead you just added, go up through the previous bead and down through the last bead and repeat (pick up a bead, circle back, go up through the last bead, down through the previous bead and up through the last bead)
- note: you created the base for the head
- 18th round: 1 set Delica A + Delica A, add ten times 1x Delica B, increase with 1x Delica A (go down through the Delica A underneath, up through the previous bead and diagonally up through the bead you just added)
- 19th round:
step a: 1 set Delica A + Delica B
step b: go down through the Delica A and turn your piece upside down
step c: pick up 1x Delica A and circle back, go up through the last bead and go down through the previous bead (ladder stitch), pass your needle around the thread between the 2 last beads to make a half hitch knot
step d: pick up 1x Delica A and go up through the last bead, go down through the previous bead A
and up through the previous Delica B
- note: you added a whisker
step e: five times 1x Delica B, 1x Delica D, five times 1x Delica B and increase with 1x Delica B
- 20th round: 1 set Delica A + Delica B, four times 1x Delica B, two times 1x Delica D, six times 1x Delica B, increase with 1x Delica A (attn. go down through the 2nd to last bead)
- round 21:
step a: 1 set Delica A + Delica B
step b: go down through Delica A and turn your piece upside down
step c: add two times 1x Delica A in ladder stitch
step d: turn your piece, pass your needle down through the next Delica A and up through the Delica B, add thirdteen times 1x Delica B
step e: increase with 1x Delica A
step f: add 1x Delica A in ladder stitch
step g: pick up 1x Delica A and go up through the last Delica A
step h: to get in place for the next round, pass your needle down through the previous Delica A, make a half hitch knot underneath and go up through the same Delica
- round 22: 1x Delica A, thirdteen times 1x Delica B, 1x Delica A
- round 23: 1 set Delica A + Delica B, two times 1x Delica B, 1x Delica C, three times 1x Delica B, 1x Delica D, three times 1x Delica B, 1x Delica C, two times 1x Delica B, increase 1x Delica A
- for the wisker, add 2 times 1x Delica A in ladder stitch
- get in place for the next round by going with your needle from the 2nd Delica A up through the 3rd Delica A
